818 Membership Policy

             Welcome to The 818 Cocktail Bar Membership Program. By enrolling as a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Options & Billing

We offer two tiers of exclusive membership:

• Monthly Membership: $125/month
  Billed automatically every 30 days from the date of enrollment.
• Annual Membership: $1,200/year
  One-time upfront payment, valid for 12 months.

Billing is recurring based on the subscription selected. Charges will appear on your statement as 818 Cocktail Bar.

Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Monthly memberships renew automatically every 30 days. You may cancel at any time via your personal Stripe billing portal. Your benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Annual memberships are non-refundable and will remain active for the full year. You may cancel to prevent renewal for the following year, but early cancellations do not result in a refund.

No Refund Policy

All membership fees are final.

• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
• All memberships are non-refundable, regardless of early cancellation.
• By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Failed Payments 

If a recurring payment fails, you will receive an automatic notification and have 3 days to update your payment method. If the payment remains unsuccessful after the grace period:

• Your membership will be automatically canceled.
• Access to membership benefits will be revoked.
• You may reapply if membership slots are still available.

Transferability & Guest Policy

• Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual who applied.
• Each member is allowed to bring up to three guests, space permitting, on any given visit.
• Additional guest passes may be available for purchase on the day of arrival, subject to availability and occupancy limitations.

Terms Subject to Change

818 Cocktail Bar reserves the right to update or amend membership terms at any time. Members will be notified of any major changes via email.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing your membership purchase, you agree to all terms listed above and acknowledge responsibility for maintaining your account status.
